Ingredients:
2 cups Mixed Berries
1 Banana
1 cup Spinach Leaves
6 Nuts, 6 nuts 1 almond + 1 peanut + 1 macadamia + 1 pecan + 1 walnut + 1 pistachio feel free to substitute any
1 teaspoon chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
½ cup green tea, chilled
3 to 5 Ice Cubes if desired
Simply place in blender and blend until smooth
